Cloud infrastructure for a retail electronic shelf-label platform
Led requirements-to-delivery of a new multi-tenant AWS infrastructure supporting an electronic shelf-label (ESL) system for a major retail client. Owned the cloud architecture, built the environment with Infrastructure-as-Code and automation scripts, and set up the CI/CD pipeline as sub-lead of a 6-person infrastructure team.

Facility HVAC management system — full-stack development
Built a new web system for monitoring and controlling building HVAC equipment for a major manufacturer, covering system/API/DB design through Python backend and Angular frontend development, and unit/integration testing, as sub-lead of a 7-person team.

In-house generative AI & RPA efficiency initiative
Investigated and prototyped generative-AI and RPA applications to streamline internal operations: built AI features with the OpenAI API and LLaMA, designed a Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipeline, and trained/evaluated ML models on AWS.

SAP core-system enhancement for automotive parts manufacturing
Added features and improved performance for a core SAP system supporting an automotive-parts manufacturer's back-office operations: developed business logic in ABAP and VBA, and optimized processing of datasets with 100M+ records.

IoT-connected "Smart Mirror" application for the beauty industry
Developed an information-display application connected to IoT devices for a beauty-industry client: backend development in Java (Spring), frontend development in Vue, unit/integration/system testing, and post-release maintenance.
